A space to work

Nathan's office was in need of a little loving so we spruced it up a bit before he started seeing clients. The remodel included a carpet remnant, new paint on the walls, and an exchange of furniture at the university surplus center, plus some wall art and lamps from home and a new bookcase via craigslist. It was quite the design adventure and it was fun to get to be a part of helping Nathan get set up at his internship. We totally forgot to take before pictures (too bad!), but here are some of the completed project.

Columbia temple

We made it to the Columbia temple a couple weeks ago for the first time. It was so nice to be in the temple again! We're going to try and take advantage of going as often as we can before our boys arrive.

Prego update

A few weeks ago I went up to Virginia to see my sister. It was great to see her and and her family, especially her new little guy. Holding a new baby made the impending arrival of our little guys all the more real. It was great to get some sister time before I am tied down to home more.

We have now passed the 30 week mark. So far so good. It seems that overnight it went from people being underimpressed at how pregnant I looked for twins to thinking I'm about ready to give birth. 7 more weeks to go and I think we're going to make it! Though I can't imagine getting any bigger than I already am---this should be interesting:)

In memory of

A year ago, on September 12, Nathan's older brother died while running the local 10K. This year to commemorate his life as many family member who could ran the Peach Days 10K in his memory. Since we couldn't make it out to Brigham City Nathan ran a 10K around our neighborhood. He had been so busy with his internship that he didn't have much time to train beforehand, but he still ran the whole thing. I'm so proud of him! The twins and I cheered him on from the sidelines and took a few pictures.
